Pier to Vessel Gangway (P.T.V)

In 2018, MMG Welding designed and manufactured a new innovative folding aluminum Compact Gangway, which features a unique folding mechanism providing safety and storage solutions for heavy industrial vessels. The following year, we released a new Vessel to Vessel (VTV) Gangway which compliments the Pier to Vessel (P.T.V) Gangway to make it a complete safety system for all types off vessels. These gangways can be custom-built to any specific vessel requirements; they feature tread plate steps for maximum strength and safety, and when in use it adjusts accordingly with tide level.

Compact Gangways are now in use nationwide and across the UK. The range includes the Vessel to Vessel Gangway (V.T.V.) which enables personnel to safely cross over from one vessel to another. This product won a European Commercial Marine award in the Marine Equipment, Electronics & Materials Category at the Innovation Showcase held at Seawork 2019.
